  • Transpose -3 both of the exercices

Sliding down in lip trills/oo vowel from a high head voice note and then gradually flipping in chest voice AND VISE VERSA.

  • DO THE VIDEO TWICE!
  • 1RST TIME: IN LIP TRILLS, TRY TO STAY IN CHEST VOICE AS LONG AS POSSIBLE

  • A little snob/operatic

LOW LARYNX STRETCHING

  • Same placement as when you talk holding a yawn it
  • Don't add a "mmm' before
