Nasal Humming

Pre-warm up with 2 minutes of "ghosts" slides in head voice.

START WITH A "DOG CRY" AND A SLIDE DOWN. Don't go too high and come back down really slowly. Keep the volume super super soft.

YAWN in your inhale
keep a "SURPRISED" face! Eyebrows up!
Nasal Humming: Replace "Sing" by "YOUNG" and finish with Guih on the 5th note
Less loud on Guih
Think more OPERATIC on Guih, especially in head voice
The vowel on GUIH is resonnating in your forehead, not nasal, pretty round

Highest chest voice: F4

One-note vowels training

Start 3 seconds holding the note in nasal humming (Young)
Then you open on Guih
iiih / äääh / aaah / oooh / uuuuh

Start on G (octave -1)

Do the full octave ... And more!

Practice until C5 in head voice

Lip Trills (Chest voice)

Alternate between nasal huming and lip trills
"Surprised" face, eyebrows up!
Slow down the video at 0.50x
No. 1 and no. 2 and no.3
Careful on the pitch of low ones
Don't exhale after the lip trill, keep the excess of air and just inhale less

Lip Trills (head voice)

Transpose -4 in Google Chrome Extension
Alternate between nasal huming and lip trills
"Surprised" face, eyebrows up!
Slow down the video at 0.50x
No. 1 and no. 2 and no.3
